History of Photography
A Taylor & Francis Journal

The editors of History of Photography welcome submissions from authors
worldwide.
History of Photography also invites Guest Editors to contact them if you
would like to edit an issue of the journal on a particular theme. History of
Photography is an international journal devoted exclusively to the history
and criticism of the basic semantic unit of all modern media, the
photograph. The journal publishes articles concerning all aspects of
photography, from the pre-history of the medium to the present day. It is
open to all critical approaches, whether historical, art historical,
sociological, literary or anthropological. It is designed to supply the
needs of curators, scholars and critics, and to support the work of graduate
students entering this field of study. It is also an indispensable
repository of documentary texts, indexes, reviews and bibliographies.

History of Photography is a peer-reviewed journal.
