Die Sommerakademie im Zentrum Paul Klee 2013 findet vom 21. – 31. August 2013 in Bern zum Thema "You are HERE. Here is wherever I lay my head" statt und wird von der Gastkuratorin Sue Williamson geleitet.

Die Bewerbungsfrist für eine Teilnahme an der Sommerakademie 2013 läuft bis am 31. Januar 2013 (Poststempel).

Bewerben können sich Kunstschaffende, KuratorInnen und KritikerInnen, die über einen Abschluss an einer Kunstakademie oder über den Nachweis vergleichbarer Leistungen verfügen. Das Höchstalter liegt bei 35 Jahren.

Die Jury wählt im Februar 2013 aus den eingegangenen Bewerbungen einen Kreis von zwölf Fellows aus. Auswahlkriterien für die Zulassung zur Sommerakademie 2013 sind eine hohe künstlerische Qualität und ein klarer Bezug der künstlerischen Arbeitsweise zum Jahresthema.

The Sommerakademie im Zentrum Paul Klee 2013 will take place in Berne from August 21 - 31, 2013 and will be curated by Sue Williamson. The theme of the academy 2013 will be "You are HERE. Here is wherever I lay my head".

The application deadline for participation in the Sommerakademie 2013 is January 31, 2013 (postmark).

Artists, curators and critics under the age of 35 with a degree or an equivalent qualification are eligible to apply.

The Jury will take their decision in February 2013 and will select twelve candidates to take part in the Sommerakademie 2013. The selection criteria will be high artistic quality and a clear ability to connect with this year’s theme.
