We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about art. Utilising your fluency in German language, you will assist with various tasks related to art research and data management. Your tasks will include supporting our clients in terms of their websites, including gathering information and updating the content, as well as performing other wide-ranging art research tasks. This would suit someone with a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Using content management system to update various artists’ websites, a large portion of which will be in German
- Managing art data such as inputting auction results, artwork indexing, exhibitions
- Liaising with archives, studios and galleries for various requests – including images, artwork authentication, information requests
- Performing other art research or data-related tasks

The Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Native-level German speaker - able to translate from English to German and German to English
- Strong academics in the field of Art History would be advantageous - especially a first-class degree, Masters or PhD
- Prior experience in using content management systems is desirable
- Comfortable with hybrid working
- Exceptional verbal, written and analytical ability
- Forensic in approach and factually-driven
- Sharp attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously, self-motivated, and flexibly lead projects
- High level of discretion
- Adept at multitasking, and willing to go above and beyond
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly
