Mardin Artuklu University is a newly founded public university in south-eastern Turkey. It aspires to be a successful international university in the Social Sciences. The university invites applications for a full-time position in the Department of History of Art. Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. in a related field and should have an excellent command of Turkish and English.

Instruction is 30% English in the department. We currently require an additional staff member to teach classes in Turkish. Although a preference would be shown to applicants with a background in Modern, Early Modern or Medieval European Art, all specialisms will be considered.
