The editorial board of Opuscula historiae artium (OHA), a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Department of Art History, Masaryk University, Brno, Czechia, invites submissions for issues 1/2027 and 2/2027.
The deadline for manuscript submission is 30 June 2026.

Opuscula historiae artium, which publishes scholarly contributions in art history and related disciplines, is a respected journal with a history of more than seventy years. It has been issued under its current title since 1996 and has been indexed in the Scopus abstracting and citation database since 2013. The journal is published twice a year.

Submissions are welcome for the following sections:
- Studies
- Short Articles
- Archive (edition and analysis of archival materials)

Please submit manuscripts in Czech, Slovak, English, German, or French, with a maximum length of 50,000 characters (including spaces), in MS Word, Open Office, or Pages (Mac OS X) formats, to: loudovaphil.muni.cz

As of issue 1/2025, OHA adheres to an Open Access policy. All published articles are made available under the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 International licence, providing authors with increased international visibility and broader dissemination of their research.
