International Symposium Celebrating the Restoration of the Triptych of the Royal Chapel (Granada).

After three years, Dieric Bouts’ triptych will shine again in the Royal Chapel of Granada. This masterpiece — the highlight of two major exhibitions at M Leuven (Belgium) — has since undergone a meticulous restoration at the Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage (KIK-IRPA), Brussels. To celebrate the success of this project, the Royal Chapel is hosting a temporary exhibition and an expert meeting. Scholars from around the world will convene in Granada to share the latest insights into this remarkable flemish altarpiece, acquired by Isabella of Castile for her royal chapel.

Presentations will be held in Spanish, English and French, with simultaneous interpretation available. Registration is required and can be completed via this website: https://diericboutsinspain.eventbrite.com.
