Instructor of Art and Education (Lehrkraft für besondere Aufgaben)
(salary group EG 13 TV-L, 50%, limited until March 31, 2026)

A release from teaching duties in the public-school system may be possible.

Your tasks:
- Planning and implementation of courses (9 SWS) within the BA program "Teaching and Learning" in the modules "Art History and Cultural Studies," "Art Education" and "Studio Practice"
- Participation in general institute tasks and in the further development of study programs

Your profile:
- You have a degree from an institution of higher education (MA, MFA or equivalent)
- You have teaching experience at a college or university and/or teaching experience in art (preferably demonstrated through a state examination or comparable) and/or several years of work experience in a relevant field (art education, museum education, etc.)
Additionally desired:
- an active, artistic practice
- publications, familiarity with exhibition organization, or experience in cultural communications

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Planung und Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltung (9 SWS) in den Bachelorstudiengang „Lehre und Lernen,“ in den Modulen „Kunst- und Bildwissenschaft,“ „Kunstvermittlung“ und „Ästhetische-künstlerische Praxis“
- Mitwirkung an allgemeinen Institutsaufgaben sowie an der Weiterentwicklung von Studienprogrammen

Ihr Profil:
- Sie haben einen wissenschaftlichen Hochschulabschluss (Master oder äquivalent)
- Sie haben Lehrerfahrung an einer Hochschule oder Universität und/oder Unterrichtserfahrung in Kunst, bevorzugt nachgewiesen etwa durch das 2. Staatsexamen (oder Vergleichbares) und/oder mehrjährige praktische Tätigkeit bzw. Masterabschluss

Zusätzlich erwünscht:
- Eigene ästhetisch-künstlerische Praxis
- Publikationen, Ausstellungstätigkeiten, Vermittlungstätigkeiten oder Ähnliches
