announce that on the 12th of October 2023 Prof. em. Dr. Monika Wagner
(Department of Art History, Hamburg University) will deliver the next
Horst Gerson Lecture entitled:
On the Afterlife of Things in Artworks: Doris Salcedo’s “Atrabiliarios” and Other Contact Relics.
16:30 in the Aula of the Academy Building of the University of Groningen.

At 14:00 an introductory Programme will start in the Auditorium of the Groninger Museum, featuring two lectures related to the Horst Gerson Lecture:
