Applications are invited for a lectureship in Art History in the period 1450 to 1800. A specialism in any area of European art, or in the inter-relationships between European and non-European art, eg. Latin American, Indian, or East Asian art, will be considered. The ability to teach widely about artists and art movements central to the art historical understanding of this period would be an asset. You should have a PhD, research and publications of high quality, and be committed to teaching at all levels. The post is available from 1 September 2012.
