Professor of Art History (Contemporary)

The Savannah College of Art and Design seeks candidates for full-time faculty
positions in contemporary art history. Qualified candidates should have a
Ph.D. in art history or a related field. ABD will be considered, if Ph.D.
awarded by Fall 2009. Successful candidates will contribute to the graduate
and undergraduate curriculum devoted to contemporary art and, as required,
survey of Western Art (I and II). Demonstrated success in the college
classroom and expertise in contemporary art and its methodologies, with a
preference for specialization in African art.
