Henry Moore Institute/ University of Leeds
A Critical Catalogue Raisonne of the work of Helen Chadwick (1953-1996)
with reference to the analysis of her archive
Applications are invited for a fully-funded 3-year PhD Studentship to begin
October 2007. Following the acquisition of Helen Chadwick's extensive
personal archive by the Henry Moore Institute, the AHRC has awarded funding
for a collaborative studentship with the School of Fine Art, History of Art
and Cultural Studies at the University of Leeds. The candidate will work
closely with the Institute's archivist to establish the first full catalogue
of Chadwick's work, while putting this practice into a broader critical
context with reference to art c.1975-1995.
