visiting position (Trinity Univ. San Antonio TX)

The Department of Art and Art History at Trinity University has a one
year visiting position for an art historian specializing in Medieval
and/or Northern Europe, 1300-1700. The teaching load is three courses
each semester, with 20 being the average class size. The course rotation
will include the first or second half of a two-semester introductory
western survey as well as upper-level courses on Medieval and/or
Northern European Art, 1300-1700. There is also the possibility of
teaching a seminar on a specialized topic, a course on critical theory
and methodology, or a course on museum studies. The chosen applicant is
expected to have completed all work for the PhD or be ABD prior to the
start of the appointment.

philosophy and research interests, a curriculum vitae, graduate
