Undergrad Symposium in Art History (Portland State Univ Apr 07)

Portland State University\'s National Undergraduate Symposium in Art
History.

All undergraduates are invited to submit a 1-2 page abstract for
consideration.

This year\'s symposium will take place at the Portland Art Museum on April
27 and 28, 2007 and will feature keynote speaker Rebecca Zorach.

Past symposia have included students from a wide range of North American
and European institutions.

Postmark deadline for submissions is January 26, 2007.

Please send two hard copies of an abstract of the paper to be presented, a
brief letter of support from faculty mentor, and a cover letter with
contact information to: Prof. Sue Taylor, Symposium Committee, Portland
State Art Dept., 2000 SW Fifth Ave., Portland, OR 97201.

Symposium presentations will be 20 min. in length and may cover any area of
art history. Applicants will be notified by email of the committee?s
decision by Feb. 28. Winning participants must submit the full text of
their papers by (8-10 pps.) by Mar. 31. For more information, contact Prof.
