The Third Floor Arts Centre is located in the Norrish Central Library,
Guildhall Square, Portsmouth. A link to a map of the location can be

BUS - Most bus routes into Portsmouth stop at the city centre's
Commercial Road shopping precinct, which is just a five minute walk

ROAD - Portsmouth is easily accessible by road. The M275 leads straight
into the heart of the city and Portsmouth Guildhall is clearly
signposted. There is ample car parking available in and around the
Guildhall Square area.
