This research day will explore how the domestic interior has been
experienced, occupied and perceived from 1400 to the present day. The event
brings together scholars studying the domestic interior, providing an
interdisciplinary forum for the exchange of new research, ideas and
approaches.

The event is part of an ongoing initiative of the AHRB Centre for the Study
of the Domestic Interior to support an interdisciplinary community of
postgraduates working in fields related to the domestic interior:
anthropology, business studies, design, fine art, geography, material
culture, photography and social and cultural history.

Registration: full price - £15, students - £5. Fee includes sandwich lunch,
morning and afternoon tea and reception.
