articulations - Swiss Association of Young Art Historians

Tristan Weddigen

In 2003, articulations (The Swiss Association of Young Art Historians)
has been founded in order to:

- support young art historians in Switzerland
- intensify the exchange of ideas and encourage new critical approaches
in art history - facilitate and organize scholarly encounters such as
conferences, workshops, and excursions

Current activities of articulations are:

- co-organizing the yearly Colloquium of Young Art Historians in
Switzerland (2004 in Lausanne, 2005 in Bern).
- organizing an interdisciplinary conference on 'Art and Crime' in
September in Fribourg (call for papers to be published shortly)
- fundraising for scholarly encounters
- powering a free mailing list concerning young art historians' careers
and scholarly encounters

For more information on how to become a subscribing or active member, and
