Llamada para recepción de artículos, número 44 de Boletín de Arte (2023).

El plazo de recepción de artículos para el número 44 de Boletín de Arte, correspondiente al año 2023, estará abierto entre el 1 de diciembre de 2022 y el 28 de febrero de 2023. Boletín de arte solo considerará las propuestas recibidas en ese plazo.

Boletín de Arte, fundada en 1980, es la revista académica que edita el Departamento de Historia del Arte de la Universidad de Málaga. De periodicidad anual, en formato papel y digital, y acceso abierto, tiene por objeto difundir y debatir la investigación generada en los ámbitos de la historia del arte de todas las épocas, así como cuestiones de teoría del arte, estética y cultura visual. Es una publicación científica, con periodicidad anual, en formato papel y digital, que publica trabajos originales, nunca antes editados o difundidos en otras revistas, libros, congresos, seminarios, etc. Boletín de Arte admite propuestas redactadas en español, inglés, francés o italiano. Los títulos, resúmenes y palabras clave –de los artículos- se publican también en lengua inglesa.

La revista va dirigida a historiadores e historiadoras del arte, artistas, arquitectos/as, especialistas en estética, investigadores/as y profesionales relacionados/as con la historia, la práctica y la teoría del arte. Dedica su mayor parte a artículos de investigación, y posee también apartados reservados a contribuciones por invitación, en la sección llamada “Contrastes”, a comentarios bibliográficos, críticas de exposiciones y una sección de Varia.

Boletín de Arte posee el sello de calidad FECYT y está incluido en: SJR, SCOPUS, Web of Science, JOURNAL CITATION REPORTS (JCR), JOURNAL CITATION INDICATOR (JCI), ESCI, DOAJ, MLA-Modern Language Association Database, Index Islamicus, International Bibliography of Art, LATINDEX, REDIB, ISOC del CINDOC, REGESTA IMPERII, AIAP, URBADOC, RESH, DICE, REBIUN, UAH, ERCE, ULRICH’S, DIALNET, Bbiliography of the History of Art (BHA) y Répertoire international de la littérature de l'art (RILA).

Call for papers for number 44 of Boletín de Arte (2023).

The period for receiving articles for the number 44 of Boletín de Arte, corresponding to 2023, will be open between December 1, 2022 and February 28, 2023. Boletín de Arte will only consider proposals received within that period. The journal welcomes submissions in Spanish, English, French and Italian.

Boletín de Arte, founded in 1980, is the academic journal edited by the Department of History of Art at the University of Málaga. Boletín de Arte fosters research and academic discussion based upon all periods of the history of art, as well as art theory, aesthetics and visual culture. This open access scientific journal is published annually in both paper and digital formats, only accepting original proposals which have not been previously edited or published in any other journal, book, conference proceedings, seminar, etc. The journal follows a peer-reviewed policy in the selection of articles. This double-blind peer review process contains the standard criteria for serial scientific publishing. Boletín de Arte welcomes submissions in Spanish, English, French and Italian. Article titles, abstracts and keywords will be also published in English.

The journal publishes scholarly articles but it also devotes different sections to book reviews, art criticism and Varia/Miscellanea. Boletín de Arte publishes leading research in art history as practiced by art historians, artists, architects, aesthetic specialists, researchers and those professionals related to history, and art theory and practice.
