Am Kunstgeschichtlichen Institut (Fachbereich Sprach- und Kulturwissenschaften) der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main ist zum 01.07.2022 die Stelle für eine*n

Wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiterin (w/m/d)
(E13 TV-G-U, halbtags)

im Bereich der Bildkünste in Deutschland und den Niederlanden zwischen Spätgotik und Barock zu besetzen. Die Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet, eine Verlängerung ist nicht möglich. Die Stelle ist der Städel-Kooperationsprofessur zugeordnet. Die Eingruppierung richtet sich nach den Tätigkeitsmerkmalen des für die Goethe-Universität geltenden Tarifvertrags (TV-G-U).

Zu den Aufgaben gehören 2 LVS Lehre im Bereich der deutschen und niederländischen Bildkünste zwischen Spätgotik und Barock, die Vorbereitung und Mitarbeit an Projekten der Städel-Kooperationsprofessur, außerdem die Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Institutsverwaltung. Es wird die Gelegenheit zur selbstbestimmten Forschung gegeben.

Einstellungsvoraussetzung ist ein abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium im Fach Kunstgeschichte, Kunstwissenschaft oder Curatorial Studies. Bewerber*innen sollen einen Interessens- und Forschungsschwerpunkt im Bereich der deutschen oder niederländischen Kunst zwischen Spätgotik und Barock aufweisen.

starting at 01.07.2022. The position is limited to 2 years, an extension is not possible. This position reports to the Städel Cooperative Professorship for the Visual Arts in Germany and the Netherlands between the Late Middel Ages and the Baroque. The salary grade is based on the job characteristics of the collective agreement (TV-G-U) applicable to Goethe University.

The tasks include 2 LVS of teaching in the field of the Visual Arts in Germany and the Netherlands between the Late Middel Ages and the Baroque, preparation and collaboration on projects of the Städel Cooperative Professorship, participation in the administrative running of the institute. There is the opportunity to work on a self-determined research.

Your profil: Candidates should have a Master in art history, cultural studies or curatorial studies and a focus of interest and research in the field of the Visual Arts in Germany and the Netherlands between the Late Middel Ages and the Baroque.
