The residency program of the Bibliothek Andreas Züst is entering the second round: Applications will be accepted until 31 October, 2016, for a stay in April 2017. The call for applications is open to Swiss and foreign cultural workers (individuals or teams of up to a maximum of four persons) in all disciplines (from visual arts, literature, new media, music, theater, dance, design, architecture, film, and photography and beyond to applied arts and art-related sciences). Tailored to the needs of stipendiaries, the duration of the residency can extend from one to four weeks. Accommodations are provided in the Alpenhof panorama lodge. The Studio Residency Stipend program is to be considered in the tradition of libraries as places of knowledge in the sense of diversity. The applicants are asked to explain their interest in a stay. Special interest is in projects addressing the Bibliothek as a whole or one of its subsections.
