H-ART. Revista de historia, teoría y crítica anuncia la convocatoria para la sección de tema abierto.

Invitamos a los interesados a enviar artículos inéditos de temática libre, en español, inglés o portugués, que presenten reflexiones sobre la historia, teoría y crítica del arte. Los artículos enviados deben ser inéditos y no pueden estar simultáneamente en proceso de evaluación en otra revista. Los manuscritos deben ajustarse a las normas editoriales de la revista.

Los parámetros de los artículos son:
- Estar escrito en formato Word, letra Times New Roman tamaño 12 puntos, interlineado doble, justificado a la izquierda, paginado, papel tamaño carta y con márgenes de 2,5 cm.
- Tener una extensión entre 7.000 y 10.000 palabras en total, incluyendo los resúmenes, palabras claves, bibliografía y las notas a pie de página.
- Se permitirá un máximo de diez figuras en total (por ejemplo: cuadros, gráficas, ilustraciones, fotografías, mapas e imágenes); estas no hacen parte de la extensión del artículo y para su uso el autor debe cerciorarse de que los derechos de uso estén vigentes.
- H-ART utiliza el formato de citación del Chicago Manual of Style en su última edición, versión Notes and Bibliography.
- Las notas irán a pie de página, letra Times New Roman tamaño 10 puntos, interlineado sencillo y justificado a la izquierda.
- En la primera página debe aparecer el título en español e inglés, un resumen del artículo en español no superior a 120 palabras y su respectiva traducción al inglés.
- Se deben tener entre cuatro y seis palabras claves que identifiquen el artículo, tanto en español como en inglés.

La recepción de textos será desde el 30 de abril hasta el 30 de mayo de 2026.

H-ART. Revista de historia, teoría y crítica announces the call for papers for its open-topic section.

We invite all those interested to submit previously unpublished articles in Spanish, English, or Portuguese, that reflect on the history, theory, and criticism of art. Articles submitted should not be undergoing other evaluation processes nor have publishing commitments with any other publication. Manuscripts for consideration must comply with the journal's guidelines.

The guidelines for articles are as follows:
- Must be written in Word format, using 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, left-aligned, paginated, on letter-size page format with margins of 2.5 cm.
- The total length must be between 7.000 and 10.000 words, including abstracts, keywords, bibliography, and footnotes.
- A maximum of ten figures per article will be allowed (e.g., tables, graphs, illustrations, photographs, maps, and images); these do not count toward the article’s word count, and the author must ensure that the rights of use are in order.
- H-ART uses the citation format specified in the latest edition of the Chicago Manual of Style, specifically the Notes and bibliography version.
- Footnotes should be in 10-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced, and left-aligned.
- The first page must include the title in Spanish and English, an abstract in Spanish of no more than 120 words, and its corresponding English translation.
- There must be a list of four to six keywords that identify the article, in both Spanish and English.

Submissions will be accepted from April 30 through May 30, 2026.
