Además de is an on line international magazine that focuses on Decorative Arts and Design and is published both by de National Museum of Decorative Arts Madrid and its Friend´s Association (ISSN 2444-121X).
It is aimed to spread any investigations and studies on Decorative Arts and Design through unpublished scientific papers and stands to be an international forum for both disciplines that may foster a view of our culture through all ages, past and present. It is currently arranging its inclusion in the most important Open Access indexes and repertories.

Born in 2015, this annual magazine is intended to investigators, designers, architects, professors, students, museum trained experts and any interested on Decorative Arts and Design.

Hereby, we would like to invite to send contributions for the eleventh edition of this magazine which will be published in autumn 2025.

In addition to the usual articles, the magazine launches a new call for monograph proposals. Researchers in the field of decorative arts and design are invited to submit their proposals as guest editors by January 15, 2025.

All studies will be duly examined by the editorial commission and, once accepted, will be submitted to an external expert report to certificate its accuracy.

The deadline for receipt of originals will be April 7, 2025 and may be submitted either in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese or Italian. The standards required may be consulted through our website: http://www.ademasderevista.com/informacion_autores.php

Papers that do not comply with the journal's editorial standards (citation system, bibliographical references, captions, etc.) will be returned to the authors for modification.
