We invite to a commemorative conference dedicated to Richard Woodfield (1944 – 2024), a distinguished scholar whose contributions have profoundly shaped the field of art historiography. This meeting will honour his memory and provide a platform to engage with the intellectual legacy of Ernst Gombrich and the Vienna School of Art History, themes central to Woodfield's academic pursuits.
