The Department of Art History, University of California, Los Angeles, invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor specializing in the arts of Africa and the African Diaspora, to start July 1, 2022.

We seek a scholar whose work emphasizes methodological innovation as well as connections between multiple geographies, and who is interested in cross-field collaboration within the department and the university. Ph.D. required.
