NEH Summer Seminar: Exchange between Early Modern Islam and Europe

University of Maryland, College Park
13 June - 2 July 2010

Applications are now being accepted for "Re-Mapping the Renaissance:
Exchange between Early Modern Islam and Europe," an NEH summer seminar for
college and university teachers. The seminar will be held from June 13
through July 2, 2010, at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Information about the seminar, application procedures, eligibility
requirements, and the nearby Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD, areas, is

Applications are due March 2, 2010. Two slots are reserved for graduate
students, so we encourage interested students to apply. If you have
questions or need additional information, please contact the Center for
Renaissance & Baroque Studies at the University of Maryland by email
