DIALOGUES IN DESIGN
A RCA/V&A HISTORY OF DESIGN POSTGRADUATE WORKSHOP

Dialogues in Design is a postgraduate seminar series set up by students from
the RCA/V&A History of Design Department. The series is conceived as a
workshop to share progress and problems in postgraduate research for
students in and outside of the RCA. The aim is to foster the research
community at the RCA and beyond and to connect theoretical, historical and
material object-based research related to the history of design.

Research student from the History of Design department will curate each
session, alternately acting as speakers and chairs, and will invite
postgraduate students s co-speakers both within and outside the RCA whose
own research oprates in similar territories. The dialogue this creates will
form the basisof a session that allows students to discuss the issues raised
and rflect on their own research practice.

All welcome, drinks provided.
