Call for Sponsored Session Proposals

International Medieval Congress at Leeds, 9-12 July 2007

The International Center of Medieval Art (ICMA) seeks proposals for
sessions to be held under the organization's sponsorship at next year's
International Medieval Congress in Leeds (UK). The theme of the
conference is "Medieval Cities" (for details, see the conference website:
http://www.leeds.ac.uk/ims/imc/imc2007_call.html), and sessions addressing
that theme are particularly encouraged, but the conference organizers note
that they welcome sessions on any medieval topic. The ICMA welcomes
session proposals in all fields of medieval art history, broadly
construed. Both junior and senior scholars are invited to apply. The
deadline for proposals is 1 August 2006. Session organizers and speakers
must be members of the ICMA at the time of the conference. Information
about the organization can be found at its website:
http://www.medievalart.org/.

Please direct all session proposals and inquiries to the Chair of the
