Description:
Teach three courses per semester, including African specialty, western
survey, and art appreciation as well as possibility for interdisciplinary
teaching in the Honors College. Active research agenda and service expected.
International Candidates Will Be Considered. Salary competitive;
commensurate with rank and experience
Requirements:
Ph.D. in art history with a specialty in African art; fulltime university
teaching experience preferred; ABD considered (Instructor rank;
reappointment dependent on completion of Ph.D. by Fall 2008). SEND vita;

philosophy pertinent to teaching art history in an undergraduate
