Dear list members,

With the new year we are pleased to welcome two new list editors to the ArtHist.net editorial team: Davide Ferri and Lisa Jordan.

Davide Ferri M.A. studied art and visual history, classical archaeology and image theory at the Humboldt-University in Berlin and at the University of Basel. Since 2019 postgraduate research assistant at the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florenz – Max-Planck-Institute in the department of Prof. Dr. Gerhard Wolf. PhD candidate at the University of Bern, with a research project on embodiment and territoriality in the 17th century, focusing on the political use of images in the Republic of Genoa.

Lisa Jordan studied art history, classical archeology and ancient history at the Freie Universität Berlin and the Università degli Studi Roma Tre. After working at the Boros collection (Bunker) of contemporary art and the Schering Stiftung in Berlin she began her Phd studies on the topic of independent drawings by Guercino (supervisor Prof. Wolf Dietrich Löhr) at the Freie Universität Berlin. From 2015 to 2016 she worked as a graduate assistant in the department of Prof. Dr. Gerhard Wolf, director of the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florenz, where from 2017 to 2019 she was based as a doctoral fellow. Since 2017 she is a member of the Scuola dottorale confederale in Civiltà Italiana at Università della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano.

wir möchten Sie gern über Veränderungen innerhalb des Redaktionsteams informieren.
Mit Beginn des neues Jahres freuen wir uns, zwei neue Listenredakteuren im Team von ArtHist.net begrüßen zu dürfen: Davide Ferri und Lisa Jordan.

Davide Ferri
Davide Ferri M.A., Studium der Kunst- und Bildgeschichte, Klassischen Archäologie und Bildtheorie an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin und an der Universität Basel. Seit 2019 Wissenschaftlicher Assistent am Kunsthistorischen Institut in Florenz – Max-Planck-Institut in der Abteilung von Prof. Dr. Gerhard Wolf. Promotionsprojekt an der Universität Bern zum Verhältnis von Körper und Territorium im 17. Jahrhundert mit Schwerpunkt auf dem politischen Bildgebrauch in der Republik Genua.

Lisa Jordan
Studium der Kunstgeschichte, Klassischen Archäologie und Alten Geschichte an der Freien Universität Berlin und der Università degli Studi Roma Tre. 2007 - 2011 stud. Hilfskraft in der Kunsthistorischen Bibliothek der Freien Universität. 2011 - 2014 Mitarbeiterin der Bilddatenbank EasyDB der Freien Universität Berlin. 2012-2014 freie Mitarbeiterin der Sammlung Boros sowie der Schering Stiftung in Berlin. 2015 Aufnahme des Promotionsvorhabens zu autonomen Zeichnungen Giovanni Francesco Barbieris (gen. Il Guercino) unter der Betreuung von Prof. Dr. Wolf Dietrich Löhr. 2015-2016 wiss. Hilfskraft der Direktion Prof. Dr. Gerhard Wolf am Kunsthistorischen Institut in Florenz - Max-Planck-Institut. 2017-2019 Stipendiatin am KHI. Seit 2017 Mitglied der Scuola dottorale confederale in Civiltà Italiana an der Università della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano.
