The editorial board of the Römisches Jahrbuch der Bibliotheca Hertziana welcomes submissions for the journal's next issue, vol. 45, which is expected to be published in September 2022.

The Römisches Jahrbuch provides a forum for the latest methodological and content-related debates in art history, thus contributing to the further development of the academic discipline. All articles approved by the Editorial Committee are subject to double-blind review by international experts and receive professional editing and comprehensive proofreading. The Römisches Jahrbuch is available in print and, since 2020, electronically. The hardcover edition is distributed by the publishing house Hirmer Verlag based in Munich, Germany.
