Art, Space and Mobility
International Workshop

Organized by Ashley Jones, Mattia Guidetti and Emanuele Lugli

Funded by the Getty Foundation, the workshop of the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florenz - Max-Planck-Institut is designed as a platform for young scholars coming from all over the world to present their research as well as to exchange ideas on issues of globalization in the pre-modern world, cultural exchanges, the construction of topography and historiography, and stylistic transformations - all themes that are at the core of the "Art, Space, and Mobility" project.

Besides the keynote lecture, the workshop is open to a limited number of auditors.
